There are a few things that are important to me in a book - that is keeps me interested, the characters are well developed, and I stay surprised to the last page. Dimensions met each of my requirements! I really enjoyed reading this book. Before I knew it, I was in the middle of a creative plot with characters that I actually knew. The development of the plot was strategic, interesting, natural, unexpected and surprising all at the same time. I would recommend this novel to engage in a story and get away from your current world. I actually look forward to the next book by this author.Product details

This novel makes one consider issues of race, social standing, intrinsic human value and a myriad of other issues generally not touched in fascinating sci-fi books. This was a deep look into what motivates the modern man and woman in today's society and into the forces that guide him/her which was placed masterfully into a gripping tale of murder, futuristic technology, and unfettered desire.
An interesting book, the first for this author. Kept me interested.
I enjoyed reading this book it was a very good read, creative, and thought provoking.
Intertwined with family dysfunction, Wooden takes you into the bowels of a dark science fiction abyss and by the end you are still not sure if you've seen the light but you have definitely been taken on quite the ride.
Great book to read .also just brought the book for another friend as a Birthday gift. She's loving the book.
This soon to be American classic is a cautionary tale of the adverse effects that blind ambition, and the ever increasing ease of acquiring unfettered knowledge, has on society. A page turner that leaves the reader to question what humanity looses in its quest for an ideal.
At what point will mankind no longer be considered human when evolution and technology collide and become indistinguishable?
This is a novel about how so far human beings want to manipulate the future of their own and other people lives and the effects of that. This is a well-constructed novel that speaks of deep secrets, when using technology for the benefit of oneself, comes the threat towards sincerity, love and most basic ethics. Worth reading it for originality, plot of well- drawn characters, structure and intrigue that will leave you breathless until the end!
